Caleb Gamble founded Ascendable following a long career in the tech industry, working nationally and internationally across strategy, leadership, and negotiation. Years of airports, meetings, and relentless travel eventually led to a decision to reset. He chose Noosa not just for its lifestyle but for the opportunity to live and work in a way that felt grounded and meaningful.

Property had always been more than a passing interest. Drawn to the intersection of architecture, design, and lifestyle, Caleb saw real estate as a natural extension of his professional background — combining strategic thinking with a genuine appreciation for well-crafted spaces and how people connect to them.
